Carbon savings
Traditionally, temporary or permanent CCTV is powered using diesel generators or, by connecting to the power grid. We can power our CCTV through our Solar Tower units. This eliminates the air pollution from diesel generators and has a huge impact on carbon savings.
Reducing costs
As our CCTV units are self-contained and digitally connected, the need for cables is removed. This has a real impact on safety and removes any chance of cable strikes. Additionally, with no cable, costs are reduced substantially. As an example, on one project, just under 11,000 metres of power cable would have been needed, alongside 6500 metres of fibreoptic – this would cost more than £100,000.
