Our monitoring centres allow us to keep an eye on your assets and manage our security response. They can deploy their Fast Response Teams as soon as alerts are received from Alarm Receiving Centres. This includes automated, real-time attendance monitoring from our Security Officers, complete with an audit trail so you know when and where teams were called out.
Routine remote CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring and response to motion-activated cameras are also carried out by our monitoring teams. Trained operators dynamically assess each activation, triggering the despatch of a Fast Response Team, the Police, or other emergency services as appropriate. You can also take advantage of their out-of-hours helpdesk, where emergency maintenance calls are logged and professionally handled.
